1. Operator and scope

forsaleghana.com is operated by Gold Coast Homes and Investments Ltd, Company Reg. No. CS557592015, Firm Licence REAC/2026/F/0001, at 34 Orange St, Adenta, Accra, Ghana. These terms apply to browsing and enquiries on this marketplace. A separately signed service, agency, sale or tenancy agreement governs the relevant engagement.

2. Property information

Property descriptions, prices, measurements, amenities and document references are information for initial enquiries. They may change and do not constitute an offer, valuation, title report or contractual warranty. Obtain current particulars and carry out appropriate inspections and professional checks before making a commitment.

3. Requests and submissions

Provide accurate requirements and contact details. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Agents must have authority to act for their clients. Do not submit confidential client documents, identity documents, financial account details or information about someone without their permission. Sending a request does not guarantee a match or a response within a fixed period.

4. Publication permission

Requests are handled privately. If you separately permit publication, Gold Coast Homes may edit your requirements into an anonymous public summary. Contact details and client identity are excluded. Permission does not guarantee publication. You may ask us to update or remove a summary.

5. Enquiries, viewings and reservations

Browsing, an enquiry, a possible match or a viewing does not reserve a property or appoint Gold Coast Homes as your agent. Reservations, representation and transaction terms require separate agreement with the relevant parties.

6. Fees and payments

Service fees and third-party costs are agreed separately before engagement. This website does not collect property payments. Confirm written payment instructions directly with Gold Coast Homes using our published contact details. Never treat a marketplace reference as payment authority.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit fraudulent adverts, impersonate another person, misuse private information, send spam, interfere with the website or use its content for unlawful purposes. We may remove inaccurate, inappropriate or unauthorised submissions and restrict abusive use.

8. Content and external services

The website design and original content belong to Gold Coast Homes or their respective owners. Personal browsing and sharing links are permitted. Obtain permission before republishing content commercially. WhatsApp, map and other external links are operated by third parties under their own terms.

11. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms with a revised effective date. Ghanaian law applies. Please first raise a concern with compliance@goldcoastgh.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit access to a competent regulator or court.
